MAKATI CITY, Philippines — Casa Charlie is redefining affordable boutique hospitality in Makati, offering thoughtfully designed accommodations, practical comfort, and warm Filipino hospitality.
Opened in July 2025, Casa Charlie currently has 30 rooms, with plans to expand to 50 rooms next year. A restaurant is also set to open in the coming months.
Located near Makati’s business district, the hotel caters to business travelers, professionals, overseas Filipinos, provincial visitors, and leisure guests looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Metro Manila; and combines warm interiors, natural materials, wood finishes, and solihiya details that highlight Filipino craftsmanship.

The hotel’s name was inspired by the traditional use of “Casa” for boutique accommodations in Mexico and honors the founder’s grandfather, Charlie.
“We wanted to create a hotel that people could enjoy without spending beyond their budget. The focus has always been on making guests feel comfortable and at home,” shared one of the founders.
The establishment of Casa Charlie went through careful planning and resource management. To strengthen its operations and guest experience, the hotel partnered with Approche Hospitality Management, providing operational support while allowing the founders to focus on the property’s continued growth.

As Casa Charlie approaches its first anniversary, the hotel remains committed to creating a welcoming stay where comfort, thoughtful design, and genuine Filipino hospitality come together.
Casa Charlie is a boutique hotel in Makati offering comfortable, thoughtfully designed accommodations with a warm Filipino character.
