Most recently, as general manager of DoubleTree by Hilton Shah Alam i-City in Malaysia, he spearheaded the hotel’s successful pre-opening, securing top-line performance and earning accolades such as Malaysia’s Leading Business Hotel for 2023. His leadership philosophy is rooted in fostering high-performing, diverse teams that consistently elevate guest experiences.
