MANILA, PHILIPPINES — The Destileria Limtuaco Museum was recognized as Best Booth in the Culture, Heritage & Creativity category during the inaugural My Manila Tourism Expo 2026, held from September 25 to 27 at the Foro de Intramuros, Manila.
The three-day expo, organized by the Department of Tourism, Culture, and Arts of Manila (DTCAM), brought together exhibitors representing Manila’s rich cultural heritage, tourism, arts, products, hospitality, and unique experiences. The event provided a platform for participating organizations to showcase the stories, destinations, and experiences that contribute to Manila’s vibrant tourism landscape.
The Destileria Limtuaco Museum’s booth highlighted the rich heritage of Destileria Limtuaco & Co., Inc., established in 1852 and recognized as the Philippines’ oldest distillery and oldest existing manufacturing company. Through its displays and visitor experience, the booth showcased the company’s more than 170-year legacy in Philippine spirits, its five generations of master blenders, and its contribution to the country’s industrial, cultural, and heritage landscape.
The recognition as Best Booth in Culture, Heritage & Creativity underscores the museum’s continuing role in preserving, promoting, and sharing an important part of Philippine history with both local and international visitors.
The museum expressed its appreciation to the organizers of the My Manila Tourism Expo 2026, fellow exhibitors, visitors, partners, and supporters who contributed to the success of the inaugural event.

The recognition adds to the museum’s previous achievement at the expo, where it was recognized for Best Kalesa in the previous year’s celebration of Fiesta de Bandas Y Calesas of the City of Manila LGU and DTCAM.
