Hann Resorts recently hosted a media briefing at Manila House, Bonifacio Global City to unveil its new project development, Hann Reserve in New Clark City.  Aptly called, “Bold Horizons: A New Era of Integrated Lifestyle,” the program was led by key executives of Hann Group from Clark, Pampanga:  Agnes “Neki” Liwanag, vice president for real estate and property development of Hann Philippines, Inc., and Tim Neil, general manager of Hann Reserve. The new landmark project, Hann Reserve, an eco-sanctuary estate in New Clark City, Tarlac, is scheduled to open in March.

Hann Resorts develops and operates innovative estates that offer refined hospitality and leisure experience. It is focused on becoming the leading developer of exceptional experiences through real estate and integrated resorts in the Philippines. This direction reflects the brand’s belief that play is not a single activity, but a way of life—expressed through stay, dining, leisure, entertainment, wellness, and now, golf and nature-based experiences.

Hann Resorts’ destinations are designed based on their philosophy of “Play Bold. Live Bold.”  At the core of this ecosystem is Hann Casino Resort, the 11-hectare flagship property, the first fully integrated resort in Central Luzon. The property brings together 5-star international hotels Marriott, Swissotel, and homegrown brand Widus; over 20 restaurants and cafes; bars with live entertainment; and a retail strip of food and non-food popular brands.

A recent milestone for Hann Casino Resort is its 1.2-hectare expansion that houses an additional 584 slot machines and 34 table games. A key highlight of the expansion is The Canyon, a striking lifestyle space conceived as a place to pause and gather. Designed around movement and flow, it operates as a coffee destination by day and transforms into a café-winery by night, offering guests a relaxed counterpoint to the energy of the gaming floor. The expansion also introduced new food and beverage concepts, further enhancing the resort’s lifestyle appeal.

Liwanag also shared how Hann’s progress is reflected in the social responsibility efforts of Hann Foundation in Pampanga and Tarlac, where Hann Resorts operates.  HFI actively supports communities, provides education, livelihood and employment opportunities; builds health centers; protects and cares for the environment; and preserves the local culture.

Expanding on Hann Resorts’ vision, Tim Neil, general manager of Hann Reserve, introduced the development as the Group’s most nature-led expression of integrated lifestyle living, guided by the philosophy “Greatness, by Nature.”

Hann Reserve

Set within the natural landscape of New Clark City, Hann Reserve is envisioned as an eco-luxury sanctuary where greatness is shaped not through excess, but through balance—between environment and experience, design and restraint, ambition and responsibility.

He explained that the 450-hectare development integrates championship golf, wellness amenities, education facilities, and residential communities into a single ecosystem, designed to meet international standards while remaining deeply connected to its natural setting.

“Something we always talk about internally is that we’re not here to replicate. We’re here to reinvent,” Neil said. “We’re trying to create quality golf at the highest level, with something for multiple groups of consumers, whether that’s for wellness, the PGA village, or three courses of a standard that isn’t currently available, not just in the Philippines but also in Southeast Asia.”

The Hann Casino expansion

Central to this vision is Hann Reserve’s golf offering, which brings together three championship golf courses designed by Nicklaus Design, K.J. Choi, and Sir Nick Faldo. These are complemented by a PGA Performance Center and the PGA Village, developed in partnership with PGA of America.

Neil explained that the PGA Partnership enables Hann Reserve to introduce structured learning pathways that extend beyond sport, including student-athlete programs integrated with the estate’s planned international school. This approach, he said, is intended to support young players pursuing professional careers, as well as those seeking opportunities within the broader golf industry.

This collaboration is intended not only to elevate course design and playing standards, but also to support golf education, athlete development, and the growth of the Philippines as a competitive destination within the Asian golf landscape. Beyond sport, he noted that Hann Reserve is envisioned as a place where residents, members, and visitors can engage with nature, pursue wellness, and participate in a thoughtfully curated lifestyle environment.

He emphasized that the March opening represents the beginning of a long-term journey for Hann Reserve, with future phases carefully sequenced to ensure quality, continuity, and global relevance.

Together, Hann Casino Resort and Hann Reserve illustrate Hann Resorts’ vision of an integrated lifestyle—where guests can move seamlessly from urban energy to open landscapes, from dining and entertainment to golf and wellness, within one connected ecosystem.
