French hotelier Didier Belmonte brings a wealth of expertise to his newest post: general manager at Crimson Resort and Spa, Boracay (CRSB).

Belmonte officially took office last August, after being at the helm at Crimson Resort and Spa, Mactan.

No stranger to Chroma Hospitality and the Crimson brand, Belmonte held the general manager post in Mactan for over eight years, refining their renowned customer experience and service.

Belmonte’s career in the highly specialized field began in the food and beverage sector, where he managed Michelin-star restaurants.

This was a journey that took him from The Connaught in London, to various Michelin-starred establishments in France and Germany. He then expanded his expertise during his stints in Lebanon, Dubai, and Oman, excelling throughout his tenure in food and beverage management.

Belmonte made the shift to hotel management when he got his first executive post at The Legian in Bali. Afterwards, he demonstrated remarkable leadership at The Strand Yangon in Myanmar, where he took into consideration what guests wanted and needed during their stay, delivering truly memorable experiences in numerous aspects.

Thanks to Belmonte’s more than three decades of dynamic hospitality management experience, as well as his extensive background in customer service and food and beverage management, Crimson Boracay is certainly in very good hands.

Service excellence lies at the core of Belmonte’s work in the industry, and this remains the driving factor at his new assignment. Under his leadership, guests coming to the island paradise are assured of a warm welcome and a comfortable, enjoyable stay.

“Giving the best that we can in terms of effort, service quality, and the overall quality of amenities and products offered on the property is, in my opinion, the key to any hotel or resort’s success,” Belmonte says. “By doing so, we make a stay or vacation a memorable one for our guests by creating memories, which encourages them to tell everyone they know about the Heart of Station Zero.”

Belmonte is set to ensure that guests of Crimson Resort and Spa, Boracay will receive the warmest Filipino hospitality and the most refined service throughout their stay.
