45ml Empire London Dry Gin
22ml lemon juice
15ml elderflower syrup
pomelo juice
soda water
5-8 mint leaves
How to make:
In a shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, elderflower syrup and pomelo juice with mint leaves. Add ice and shake. Double strain into a highball glass filled with ice and top with soda water. Garnish with a mint bouquet.

How to make:

How to make:

How to make:
In a shaker, add Vigan Basi Philippine Sugarcane Wine, leche flan syrup and simple syrup. Shake well with ice and strain into a rock glass filled with ice. Top with dark beer and grated nutmeg. Garnish with a spoon of leche flan.
