Foodee Global Concepts introduced the new The Food Hall by Todd English last Wednesday night, February 20, at SM Aura Premier, Bonifacio Global City.

Going back to where it all began by incorporating its original “food theater” concept and adding a new roster of stations and dishes into the mix, The Food Hall combines a promising experience of simplicity and the unlimited choices of a world-class buffet.

“It’s a concept that is close to our hearts because at the core of the company is a passion for introducing new flavors and dynamic restaurant concepts to the public. This time, we’re bringing all the restaurants we love under one roof,” says Chief Operating Officer, Eric Dee.

Grill Platter from Hook

Hook by Todd English which specializes in a seafood menu is now only available in The Food Hall. Platters that come in raw, grilled, and fried showcase the variety of what they have to offer. Their must-tries such as the Spicy Salted Egg Prawns hit the roof.

Mac & Cheese from Flatterie

Flatterie’s scrumptious Italian menu offers an extensive pasta list that covers everything from Mac & Cheese to Spicy Frutti de Mare.

Juicy Burgers from Pound

Pound’s juicy burgers include Double Backyard Cheeseburger, Crispy Chicken Burger, and their Pound Foie Gras Burger, taking burgers to a whole new level.

Flatiron Steak from The Grill

The Grill is a new addition that presents a wide variety of premium steaks such as Petite Rib Eye Steak, Flat Iron Steak, Braised Lamb Shank, and so much more.

With fixed lunch sets that are now available on Weekdays and a group menu that is good for four pax, guests can finally enjoy affordable high-quality food.

Foodee Global Concepts is also expanding this year, opening four more Pound branches and two more Flatterie branches.

Dee announces that “With the re-launch of The Food Hall, guests can expect the same premium dining experience in an unfussy yet sophisticated setting, with well-curated food stations that offer freshly prepared dishes, more menu options, and affordable lunch sets.”
