There’s a muy deliciosa feast over at Diamond Hotel. In celebration with the second Madrid Fusion Manila, Diamond Hotel’s Corniche restaurant is serving up authentic and phenomenal Spanish dishes at their buffet spread this week. World-renowned chef Edgard Sanuy Barahona dropped by Manila just to create this one-of-a-kind feast for Corniche. He is the first Spanish chef to receive a Michelin star in Asia and has worked for several Michelin-starred restaurants abroad, and he is churning up all kinds of Spanish plates for Corniche guests for the whole week.

Spanish cuisine is very close to our hearts, owing to our Spanish colonial roots, this is why the Filipino palette enormously appreciates Spain’s rich and fresh flavors. Some of the dishes you’ll definitely have to look forward to in this special buffet spread are Cochinillo (Roasted Suckling Pig), Paella de Marisco (Seafood Paella), Callos (Beef Stripe Stew with Chorizo), Croquetas de setas (Mushroom Croquettes), and the Ganbas al Ajillo (Garlic Prawns).
