After the show, guests will be treated to Spiral’s Chinese culinary artisan Chef Michael Tai’s 10 Secrets to Happiness—a culinary interpretation of prosperity, longevity, friends, faith and fortune. Traditional Chinese dishes like dim sums and seafood are given an interesting twist to excite the palate and inspire an auspicious year.
