Mabuhay Manila
Ingredients:
30ml Old Captain 5 Rum
30ml Paradise Mango Rum Liqueur
60ml Pineapple Juice
30ml Orange Juice
10ml Orchid Grenadine
Shake ingredients together and strain into a highball filled with ice. Drop in grenadine and garnish with mango slice and cherry.

Dalandan Splash
Ingredients:
15ml Toska Vodka
30ml Manille Liqueur de Dalandan
30ml dalandan juice
2 dashes bitters
splash of soda water
Shake ingredients (excluding soda) in shaker and pour into highball glass. Top with soda and garnish with dalandan half.

Old Supremo
Ingredients:
10ml Manille Liqueur de Calamansi
10ml muscovado syrup (1:1)
60ml Very Old Captain Rum
bitters
Stir and strain into fresh ice. Garnish with orange peel.

Rum Caipirinha
Ingredients:
60ml Very Old Captain Dark Rum
½ Lime fruit
2 barspoons brown sugar
Cut the half part of lime in cubes and crush them lightly with a muddler.
Pour them into an old-fashioned glass then add crushed ice.

Blue Thunder
Ingredients:
30ml Toska Vodka
30ml Paradise Mango Rum Liqueur
30ml orange juice
1 tsp Blue Curacao
Soda water
Pour Toska Vodka, Paradise Mango Rum Liqueur, and orange juice into a tumbler. Add ice then top with Blue Curacao and soda water. Stir and serve.
