This is a snippet of Olivia Limpe-Aw’s conversation with him where Duterte talks about shooting a bully at school. We can remember that in April, during a political rally in Iloilo, Duterte admits that he shot a classmate who was bullying them in San Beda. This has led to him not being able to march during the graduation rites. In Asian Dragon‘s interview with him, he talks about why he shot the said bully.
